I work in S&P and it's easier said then done. There is alot of political crap that goes on that prevents you from doing such things as eliminating routes.

I heard from a good source that the CTA will begin to retire the NABI artics with the delevery of Flyer Artics. 5 year service life... Not bad eh?

I heard they were going to rehab them....
