| As far as I can tell they still run GM fishbowls in Toronto and Saskatoon to this very day. Not sure where else though.

I'll take a stab at it by saying that it might have been a prototype out of GMDD in London, Ontario (but that's just a guess!). Palling (Hamilton, ON) did some of these New Look "mods" ... |
