8873 was from the original order that included the BoltBus units, and that's Greyhound's current livery which has been around for a few years now.

This picture of 8877 (also from the first order) s ...

Orange and Black has been "dead" as a company since 1975. O&B was purchased by Transport of New Jersey that year as part of TNJ's subsidiary Maplewood Equipment Company. (MEC also acqu ...

You will likely see the MBE900 or a revised Detroit (also owned by Daimler). Beginning in 2010, Daimler has noted they will no longer sell engines out of the corporation, so the only way to get MB or ...

It's usually a contractual issue. A transit authority can lock in the body design over a long-term contract... if they're getting deliveries over a number of years (like the NJT/NABI 6-year deal), th ...

So then, why doesn't Orion use the Orion VII NG's front end on new build Orion V's? The Orion V continues to sell today. As for Gillig using the BRT's front end on the Phantom, that may be quite dif ...

Hmm, so a new look for the NABI 416? That was totally unexpected. Demand for high floor buses declining, and I don't think it was really worth it for NABI to redesign the front end for NJT's NABI 41 ...

Nova could jump back in but they're going to have to underbid companies to capture business. This may be under consideration, since Nova has the money of Volvo behind them, just as Orion has Daimler, N ...
